Born in Washington, DC, Glenn Feagans grew up in McLean VA, where he attended Langley HS before pursuing his BS in Finance at VA Tech. As a lifelong resident of McLean and Great Falls, and being the son of a prominent McLean Realtor and Chamber of Commerce officer, Glenn has a unique perspective and extensive knowledge of the local Real Estate markets. He entered Real Estate in 1988, first in Appraisals, then Commercial and Residential Property Management, before finding his true passion in Real Estate Sales in 2005. For Glenn, Real Estate is not just a profession, it is truly a "labor of love". He believes in "going the extra mile" and "thinking out of the box" to find his clients their "perfect home" or that lucrative investment property. An avid outdoor man, Glenn even enjoys venturing into the country to find "country properties" for clients.
Glenn's strong work ethic and success is based on the following beliefs: He believes that as a Buyer's Agent, his role is to "know the inventory!" He is constantly previewing the new listings as they come on the market, and networking with the listing agents to gain access for his clients to their upcoming listings in their "pipelines". He believes that far too many agents are simply "door openers" and rely on their clients to do much of their own legwork. Glenn maintains an excellent reputation with his peers as a hardworking, knowledgeable and ethical agent who "gets his clients across the finish line", by anticipating and working through any problems.
