Bryan helped my wife and I buy and sell two homes in Northern Virginia, including our first-ever home purchase. We highly recommend Bryan as your realtor. He is professional, trustworthy, listens to your needs and offers his expertise when necessary.

    We bought our first home in 2001 during a frenzied market (i.e. 20 contracts on homes within 24 hours of open house). He worked tirelessly and diligently on our behalf. He listened to us talk as we toured homes, which allowed him to continually refine his searches for us. Ultimately, his hard work found us a home we purchased before it hit the market. Upon sale of that house 7 years later (with Bryan again), we sold it for more than double our purchase price.
    Bryan also helped us buy and sell our second home and there are a couple points that exemplify our high recommendation. The purchase negotiations got fairly complex, tense and almost forced the parties to walk away from the deal. Bryan knew we wanted this house, stepped up to work out a deal with the sellers’ broker and got us the house (including the installation of a new roof at seller’s expense). Six years later, careers moved us across the country and we turned to Bryan to sell our house. We had to list our house in late fall/winter and had a short timetable to sell the house so we could purchase a new home in CA. We moved to CA before our house was sold, entrusting Bryan with our home in Virginia. Bryan smartly set the selling price to garner multiple offers and pushed negotiations that allowed us to purchase a home in CA ahead of schedule.
    Along the way, we became friends with Bryan. We have recommended Bryan to many friends without hesitation and he has helped all of them in their home buying/selling process. He would be a smart choice for anyone – first home buyer to sophisticated buyer.
